The most awaited moment is here! The official authorities of Taj Residencia are going to announce the first-ever balloting of the COSMOS sector. The balloting of 3.5 Marla plots on the premises of the COSMOS sector is to take place soon. This is a great opportunity for you to become a part of the plot number allocation.

In order to be a part of this balloting session, the management of Taj Residencia has placed some requirements for you to fulfill and become eligible for this balloting session.

Requirements for Balloting application

Following requirements are a must before applying for Taj Residencia 3.5 Marla plots in the balloting of the COSMOS sector:

All the members interested to become a part of the balloting are required to clear their dues by 31^st January 2023.
For being eligible for Plot Number Allocation, all interested individuals should clear almost 50% of their dues.
With these requirements fulfilled, you are ready to become a part of this balloting session.
